STA-fiber BOARD is a vacuum-formed ceramic fibre product. Because of the vacuum shaping technology various shapes can be produced. Molded ceramic fibre vacuum shaped parts will be called STA whilst straight boards have got our brand name STA-BOARD. Different types and compositions are available for different temperature classifications from 1260°C-1800°C and densities of 300-500 kg/m³. In addition, the surface of the ceramic fiber vacuum shapes and boards can be provided with hardeners and coatings as required sometimes for special applications.
